As a result of our honest and serious approach to business we have built up our customers’ trust over many years. It’s our commitment and passion for what we do as well as our extraordinarily wide range of products that are the key to our success.
How we started:
By the time the Auto Salon Singen was ‘officially’ founded in 1985 by Fridolin Koltes, the car dealership had already been operating at full stretch for several years. From the start it had focused exclusively on dealing in particularly well-maintained cars in great demand which were not so easy to come by.
Fridolin Koltes knew that our clientele was not as large as the mass market for used cars. This meant that customer satisfaction was always a priority at the Auto-Salon-Singen from the start. The most important advertisement for our company was and still is word-of-mouth recommendations by satisfied customers.
Fridolin Koltes’ Auto-Salon-Singen was a success right from its launch, with a stunning range of around 50 vehicles of various marques and models.
The quality and level of the range increased year on year. Contacts were built up and consolidated all around the world. The word soon got round that the Auto-Salon-Singen not only sold its own vehicles but also offered an agency service selling vehicles for customers.
We still provide this special service today. The result is that we currently offer around 1000 vehicles, roughly 200 of which are vehicles on display at the company’s showrooms and site.
To manage the huge range and customer contacts we developed our own in-house software ALC (Auto Logistik Communication). This controls and administers all our company’s business transactions.
